Clubs and Activities Packet 2024-2025

NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EITHER THE ACADEMIC PIN OR SERVICE PIN APPLICATIONS.  PLEASE ADHERE TO THE DUE DATES AS SHOWN.  

Academic Pin Applications will be available in the Activities Office.  Please be sure all required signatures are obtained before the application is turned in to the Activities Office.  All applications will be reviewed for accuracy upon submission.  The Academic Pins will be awarded during the Awards Programs in May/June,  No late applications will be accepted.  Any questions, please see Mrs. Yacko in the Activities Office (A316)  

Community Seal and Service Pin Applications are now available on the Activities Office wall. The deadline for submission of the application is Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Please be sure the Service Hours Log is completed as well as all authorized signatures are obtained before submitting your application for review.  The Service Pins will be awarded during the Awards Programs in May/June.  No late applications will be accepted.  Any questions, please see Mrs. Yacko in the Activities Office (A316)
